Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Living Dungeon – 6 Month Warranty
All Living Dungeon terrain sets are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional issues related to the structure, modular system, or integrated components.
If you experience a problem within this period, contact us at hello@perpetual3designs.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the problem
We will assess the issue and repair, replace, or provide a solution where applicable.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
You will need to provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Photographs of the original packaging
Once we review your claim:
- If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a refund;
3. Custom-Painted Miniatures
Custom-painted miniatures are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of confirmed transit damage.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products are produced in limited batches or made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

5. How to Contact Us for a Claim
Email us at hello@perpetual3designs.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request – Order #XXXX”.
Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
5. Additional Notes
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance processes. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
Claims may be declined if the product has been used, altered, or intentionally damaged.
